You can permanently delete your 12000 BCE account and all associated data at
any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the game
This is the fastest way:
Open 12000 BCE and sign in
Go to ☰ Menu on the city screen
Choose Delete Account
Type DELETE to confirm
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email
lakshaykumaar@gmail.com from the address
registered to your account, with the subject line Delete my account.
Include your in-game player name if you know it.
We action these requests within 7 days and confirm by email once complete.
What gets deleted
Your login and email address
Your player profile and in-game name
Your city, buildings, troops, and research progress
Your items, inventory, and any unspent in-game currency
Your alliance membership, marches, and outposts
What is kept, and why
Alliance-owned structures (fortresses and flags) remain, because
they are shared property belonging to the other members of your alliance, not to
you individually.
Transaction records for any purchases are retained where tax or
accounting law requires it. These are kept separately from your game account and
are not used to identify you as a player.
