Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of virtual items in 12000 BCE, operated by Lakshay Kumar Sharma.

Delivery

Virtual items are delivered to your game account immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment.

Cancellation

An order that has not been paid for may be cancelled at any time simply by not completing payment. Once payment is complete and the items are delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Because virtual items are delivered instantly and consumed within the Game, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. We will, however, consider a refund where:

• You were charged but the items were not delivered to your account.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for.

How to request a refund

Email lakshaykumaar@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, quoting your Order ID (shown in the Game after purchase) and the registered email on your account.

Processing time

We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
