These Terms govern your use of 12000 BCE ("the Game"), operated by Lakshay Kumar Sharma, B-106, Residency Building, Plot No. 36, Lokhandwala, Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Items are delivered to your account immediately on successful payment. Each pack is limited to one purchase per player per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, harass other players, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Game or other accounts. Accounts in breach may be suspended or terminated without refund.
The Game is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the Game or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
